Lead Network Sponsor Opportunities

Annual Partner
A truly unique opportunity.| Since our Annual Partner program is a new concept, this sponsorship is designed for a business that wants to establish a leadership position. It is a chance to partner together to customize a sponsorship package that reflects your business goals and audiences. It is an opportunity to help craft a marketing position that benefits both the Artistsʼ Network and your business equally.

We want to incorporate your ideas, expertise and needs. We want you to be a driving force to take the Network to the next level – and have a significant impact on the future of a growing organization and an expanding audience. Recognition would be multi-level and across the organizationʼs activities – including public outdoor art shows, special and fundraising events, exhibitions at our Gallery shows, advertising, print, website and social media efforts.

Recognition can include, but is not limited to:

  • Title sponsorship of our outdoor shows, the Riverdale Art Walk & Art Walk North
  • Title sponsorship of a renewed fundraising event
  • Recognition in all marketing efforts for exhibitions at our  Gallery shows including postcards, email marketing, press releases and Akimbo e-blasts
  • Prominent signage recognition at the Artists’ Network office and at our partner Galleries
  • Recognition in the Art Rental Program catalogues – both printed and digital, including an advertising opportunity
  • Recognition on the Artistsʼ Network website landing page
  • Recognition in other Artists’ Network advertising and marketing efforts, including Artists’ Network Booth recognition at other art fairs – banners, signage and digital loops
  • Artist participation in employee/client education – for example; Understanding Art 101, Fine Art Collecting 101, and studio tours.
  • Art exhibitions in your offices – for exclusive client events
  • Speaker opportunities at our events

Itʼs a clean slate – letʼs craft a sponsorship program that works for you – together.

Investment Level for 2013: $40,000

Media Partners

We are looking to establish annual partnerships with media sponsors to develop a program that will attract art lovers, collectors and the general public to our well-established events – as well as exhibitions at our partner Galleries. We would like to develop relationships offering market exclusivity in the following areas:

  • Newspaper
  • Periodical
  • Arts and Culture Weekly
  • Radio
  • Digital Communications
  • Outdoor Transit

Recognition levels to be determined based on participation and media coverage.

Outdoor Art Show Sponsorship and Riverdale Art Walk & Art Walk North

The Riverdale Art Walk

Event Sponsorship, Sq’Art& ArtWords: The Collector Speaker Series

2013 marks the year of re-imagining of Sq’Art.
Begun in 2001 as The Little Art Show, this one-night fundraising event was designed as an affordable way for artists and their friends – to support other artists and the Network. Over the years it grew into a Gala Event, most recently held in 2010 at the Mercedes Benz showroom in downtown Toronto. In 2011, The Little Art Show transitioned into a three-week exhibition and on-line silent auction at the Hangman Art Gallery.

Now, we wish to take this event outwards to a broader audience. Attract collectors and art lovers to experience – and purchase! – the work of Network members, independent artists and established artist supporters.

ArtWords: The Collectors Speaker Series is currently in the planning stages. Leveraging the connections we currently have with high-profile Canadian artists and important collectors, we are developing a quarterly, salon-style, speaker series. Collectors, art lovers, gallery owners and the general public will be invited to these “limited seating” social gatherings and have the opportunity to learn more about the art of collecting and to meet the artists first hand.

With your support, we have the opportunity to grow brand awareness, attract the right audience and develop a very special series of events and fundraisers for the Artistsʼ Network. We envision The Art Show becoming one of the “must-do” events in Torontoʼs annual art calendar.

As part of the Artists Network rebranding process – and after 8 years of wear and tear – itʼs time for us to give the Hangman Art Gallery and studios a face-lift! We understand that this is a large financial commitment on the part of the Network, and as such is part of our five-year plan. We are looking to community partners who may be willing to donate time, expertise, trades and building materials. From lighting to walls, itʼs time to improve our home.

Throughout 2013-14 we will be developing a plan and associated budget for this project.

Program Sponsorship | Art Rental Program
2014 will see the “official launch” of the Artistsʼ Network Art Rental Program.
Recently, the Artistsʼ Network assumed responsibility for Visual Arts Ontarioʼs Art Rental and Advisory Program.

The Art Rental Program is designed to increase the profile of member artists by renting their work for installation in businesses across Toronto. These long-term rentals give companies the opportunity to beautify their spaces while at the same time encouraging clients and staff to experience the wealth of local art and artists, increase their knowledge and create a personal experience and connection with art. As the program grows, rentals to individual collectors and art lovers may be included.

Artistʼs participating in the program are juried by their peers, ensuring renters have access to a limited collection of high quality work. As the Networkʼs newest initiative, approximately 30 artists will be included in the initial collection, working in a variety of media. The collection will continue to grow and evolve, showcasing a wide variety of artists and media.

Works can be rented for a minimum six-moth interval, and there is no current maximum rental period. In the future, the Art Rental Program may include a rent-to-own option. Shorter terms can be considered for real estate staging and film or television production depending upon the development of an on-going relationship.

Program Sponsor
Investment Level: $5,000

This sponsorship is designed for a single lead sponsor and is intended to last for a period of two years – as we launch the program and develop a solid base of renters. Sponsorship will assist in developing the selection process for the collection as well as the production and distribution of printed and on-line catalogues.

Recognition can include, but is not limited to:

  • Logo recognition on the cover of printed and digital catalogues
  • Message of support from your senior executive in printed and digital catalogues
  • Opportunity for ad placement in printed and digital catalogues
  • Logo recognition on the Network website
  • Logo recognition in associated eBlasts and digital communications
  • Name recognition on all correspondence to renters and potential renters
  • Name recognition on all invoices
  • Recognition on our thank-you wall in the Hangman Art Gallery
