This area of the Artist Network website is dedicated to the issues of governance for the organisation. Our members need to be aware of our By-laws, minutes of Annual General Meetings, and announcements related to the legal operations of the Artists' Network.
The Annual General Meeting is usually held at the beginning of December each year. The announcement of that meeting shall be posted here. Members are required to have at least 21 days notice for the AGM. The 2010 AGM was held on Tuesday December 7th All minutes for the AGM are posted here.
All issues of governance should be directed to the Chair of the Board of Directors.
