This is the first part of the registration process you need to follow to submit your work for jurying for 2014's Riverdale Art Walk and Art Walk North.
Please be sure to read this instructions carefully before you complete your application, as failure to submit as required may jeopardize your acceptance.

- You must complete your application in one sitting. Please make sure you have everything set up and ready to go before you start. The following steps explain this in more detail.
- You can login to this site if you already registered for a previous show. Please note that before you submit you must pay using this form. Otherwise you'll need to register as part of the purchase process.
- Assemble all your information and format your images:
- You need to submit 5 images, and they must be named as follows - FirstNameLastName_NameofWork.jpg. If you do not follow these naming guidelines your images may not be displayed in our online gallery for jurying or show display.
- Your images must be 300PPI resolution, and no longer than 1024 pixels on the longest side. They must not be larger than 2MB in size. Images that don't meet these criteria will be automatically rejected by the submission system.
- If you've previously registered to complete a Riverdale Art Walk or Art Walk North submission, use the userid and password now to log in. You can then proceed to complete your purchase. If you didn't register for the Riverdale Art Walk, the store will walk you through the process (this site does not have access to your existing Artists' Network member information). IMPORTANT: Do not rush the process - the store needs to look up information as you complete the purchase, and if you rush you will experience system errors.
- Select the shows you want to participate in below and click on the Add to Cart button. Proceed to the checkout and pay. You must pay via PayPal, Certified Cheque or Money Order. You don't need to join PayPal to pay by credit card, but you must pay at this point in order for us to accept your submission.
- At this point you'll be redirected to the submission page, where you can complete the form using the information and images you've already prepared. You need to click the EDIT option in order to do this.
- Complete the form and click on Save. The page should then refresh, showing you've all the information you've input, including your images, as well as highlighting anything you may have missed. This page is only visible to you at this point, but will be used to prepare the web catalogue, artists' listing and other information, so it's important to ensure that what you've input is accurate. You'll see a menu choice for your profile under the User Menu at right, and you can edit this information until the submission deadline by logging back in and making any changes you like by clicking edit on your profile.
